Auto Loan Terms and Conditions

The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:

“Promotional Period” means from 21 May, 2014 to October 31, 2014.
“Auto Loan Campaign” refers to this Promotion only, any of Scotiabank’s other Promotions or programs are excluded.
“Eligible” refers to any individual qualified to participate in this Promotion based on his/her having met Scotiabank’s lending criteria eligibility requirements.
“Scotiabank” means Scotiabank Barbados.

The Promotion is open to all legal residents of Barbados who are 18 years of age or older and who have applied for an Auto Loan with Scotiabank during the promotional period and; who have been approved for the Auto loan by Scotiabank, having met Scotiabank’s lending criteria eligibility requirements.

The Promotion will run for a period of five (5) months from May 21, 2014 to October 31, 2014 (“The promotional period”.)

Eligible customers will automatically receive the special rate advertised during the promotional period.

This promotional offer will be applicable to the Auto Loan Campaign only.

Customers currently on an existing debt relief program, such as the Customer Assistance Program (CAP), are not eligible. CAP graduates (those customers who were a part of the original CAP program, but are currently in good standing on all credit products with no delinquency) may be considered for this promotion.

Scotiabank reserves the right in its absolute discretion to vary the terms and conditions of the “Auto Loan Campaign” at any time without giving any reason.

Scotiabank has the right to exclude any applicant from receiving this promotional offer in its absolute discretion without any obligation to provide notice or reason. This offer only applies for loan applications to finance vehicles received from May 21, 2014 to October 31, 2014. Other conditions apply to non-resident customers, please speak to a branch representative or call Scotiabank at 426-7000 to confirm applicable conditions.

This promotional offer is non-negotiable and non transferable. Changes to the product or offer amount will be subject to standard application and adjudication.

In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of Scotiabank shall be final and binding in all respects.

These terms and conditions apply only to this Promotion and do not apply to any of Scotiabank’s other Promotions or programs or any other Promotion or program in conjunction with the Bank and any other entity (or brand).
