Scotiabank Community Program

The BEF $20 Challenge is an annual entrepreneurship competition for 4th and 5th form students in secondary schools across Barbados. Scotiabank sponsored the first ever awards ceremony for the Challenge winners who were feted at the Hilton. Scotiabank also contributed three prizes for social entrepreneurship. The Scotiabank Social Entrepreneurship Awards recognised those students whose businesses raised the most money for charitable causes by donating a sum to these charities as well.
