| Standby Fees | 1/2% to 2% per annum based on daily undrawn balance charged monthly |
| Commitment/Acceptance Fee | 1/2% to 2% of the net amount, min $100.00 |
| Administration Fee -Monitoring/ Breach of Conditions | $100.00-$1,000.00 per occasion |
| Overun Fees | per item fee $5.00 plus application fee - % of amount of increase |
